Fall		1977
Signed on to be a teaching assistant for the 77-78 school year at New Mexico Tech, under Les Fallon.	This may have been the year when I stayed at Casino night at 49ers and played poker, with one of the 3 fools who gambled til 2 in the morning and had big stacks of fake money.
Summer		1977
Drove with Julie from Socorro to California. We hit Sunset Crater, Wupatki, Grand Canyon, and Joshua Tree. We visited Grace and Jim in Borrego, and probably dad in L.A. I at Joshua Tree Natl. Mon.	Julie at Sunset Crater Natl. Mon.	I at Wupatki Natl. Mon. May have gone to Houston area with mom this summer to visit Don, who was recovering from a horrific auto crash
Spring		1977
Julie got her MS in Physics.
